At Brightmont Academy, that’s exactly what we do. Since 1999, we’ve helped students in grades 1–12 achieve their full potential through personalized one-to-one instruction. With 25 campuses across 10 states, we create a nurturing, student-centered environment where meaningful learning happens every day.

Responsibilities: 

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging campus culture.
  • Develop and implement activities that increase student participation and school spirit.
  • Coordinate the development, launch, and oversight of student clubs and organizations. 
  • Plan, organize, and oversee campus events, celebrations, recognition programs, and special activities. 
  • Develop opportunities for meaningful parent and family involvement. 
  • Manage and support student mentoring programs. 
  • Communicate upcoming events, opportunities, and engagement initiatives to students, families, and staff
 

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Patience & Empathy: You understand that every student learns differently, and you’re committed to supporting them every step of the way.
  • Proficiency using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS).
  • Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA, only) and pass a federal background check.
