Role Purpose
Support the secure, efficient, and compliant delivery of examinations by providing operational, logistical, and administrative support. The role is responsible for coordinating and preparing venues, equipment, and exam materials, supporting test-day operations, and ensuring all activities meet British Council and awarding body standards while maintaining the integrity and security of exam delivery.
Main Accountabilities
Support the end-to-end delivery of examinations by coordinating test-day and post-test operations in line with global standards and local procedures. Responsibilities include assisting with venue booking and preparation, ensuring equipment, IT resources, signage, and exam materials are available, and supporting the secure handling, storage, transport, packing, and dispatch of confidential test materials. The role also acts as an operational point of contact for venue teams and participates in delivery rosters to ensure effective test-day support.
Maintain the security, integrity, and compliance of exam delivery by following established examinations procedures, supporting venue audits, adhering to health and safety requirements, and maintaining accurate compliance records. The role promptly escalates incidents, breaches, or irregularities and contributes to safeguarding the quality and reputation of examination services.
Provide logistical and administrative support to candidates, venue staff, and delivery teams, including responding to test-day queries. The role also supports resource and financial administration, such as tracking stock levels, maintaining delivery equipment, processing venue-related costs, and coordinating temporary staff where required, while effectively managing priorities to meet demanding operational deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timeframes.
* Degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable
* Basic understanding of risk, compliance, and confidentiality procedures.
* Experience in logistics, event coordination, or regulated service delivery
* Experience working with assessment services.

* Salary: 28300 CZK to 36800 CZK.
