Do you enjoy managing teams, overseeing installations, and making sure every job meets the highest quality standards? If so, this Installation Manager role could be a perfect fit.

As an Installation Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating installation crews to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
- Visiting job sites to oversee progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality control.
- Communicating with clients to ensure expectations are met and projects run smoothly.
- Managing schedules, materials, and logistics to keep installations on track.
- Training and supporting team members to improve performance and consistency.
- Ensuring all work meets safety standards and company expectations.
- Leadership Experience - Background managing teams in installation, construction, or a related field.
- Attention to Detail - Strong focus on quality and getting the job done right the first time.
- Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to think quickly and resolve issues on-site.
- Communication Skills - Comfortable working with both crews and clients to keep projects aligned.
- Industry Experience (Preferred) - Experience in stone, construction, or installation environments is a plus.
