As an Outside Sales professional, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers throughout the territory.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic sales plans to grow revenue.
- Meeting with clients in person to understand project needs and provide product solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from quote to delivery.
- Staying informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to drive continued growth.
- Managing your sales pipeline, following up consistently, and closing high-value deals.
- Outside Sales Experience - Proven success managing relationships and closing deals in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong Communication Skills - Ability to build trust, communicate value, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-Motivation - Comfortable working independently, managing a territory, and driving results.
- Industry Experience (Preferred) - Experience in the stone, construction, building materials, or related industries is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License - Ability to travel throughout the territory for client meetings and business development.
