Bryden pi - Warehouse Clerk (Temporary)

We are seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the following position in the

Operations Division:

                           Warehouse Clerk (Temporary)

The incumbent is required to assist in a variety of warehouse duties, including but not limited to the assignment of orders, planning of delivery loads, loading of delivery vans, handling customer/purchase orders and ensuring the warehouse is stocked with essential equipment.

Some Main Responsibilities include: 

• Ensure that all customer orders are accurately fulfilled by ensuring the correct item and quantity are picked with all stock in a clean saleable condition and securely wrapped for dispatch.
• Review invoices being dispatched and ensure all special instructions are adhered to and accurately followed.
• Ensure all Customer P.O’s, Delivery Notes etc. are accompanied with customer orders as necessary.
• Ensure all damaged goods are isolated. Ensure that the work area is clean and remove all unwanted waste material including, but not limited to, shrink wrap and other packaging materials.
• Assist with writing up Delivery Records to reflect invoices to be delivered.
• Assist with loading vans when required.
• Assist with filing as required.
• Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company.

Qualification, Experience and Requirement: 

• Three C.X.C./O’ level passes which must include Mathematics and English.
• Little or no experience required. Experience in a similar environment will be an asset.
• Or relevant combination of training and experience.
• A valid Police Certificate of Good Character.
