Payroll Officer

• →Payroll coding and implementation of Award and enterprise agreement interpretation.
• →Assist with fast and accurate data entry using Excel.
• →Providing support to other team members with varied duties.
• →Managing the filing of both manual and computerised records and correspondence.
• →Timesheet management.
• →Ability to use computer programs such as Preceda, Adobe and Excel.
• →Assist with end-of-month processing and reporting.
• →Provide general administrative support to the team.

• Payroll experience is desired but not essential.
• Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to challenges.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Capability to plan, organise, and work within deadlines.
• Interest in advancing your career in payroll and finance.
• Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
• Passionate about learning new skills.
