To reinforce the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department, our client is hiring a dedicated HSE Advisor (Level II). You will play an active role in shaping a safety-first culture, supporting project teams, and ensuring that all safety standards and legal obligations are met across various construction sites.
  • Coach employees on the correct application of safety procedures
  • Conduct on-site safety audits and follow up with corrective actions
  • Deliver training sessions to raise awareness and compliance across teams
  • Support the rollout of HSE improvement initiatives and safety programs
  • Keep safety documentation and registers up to date
  • Participate in incident investigations and report findings
  • Grow into a point of contact for specific departments or divisions
  • Certified Prevention Advisor Level II
  • At least 2 years of relevant HSE experience, ideally in construction or industrial settings
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety laws and practices
  • Energetic, solution-oriented, and a strong communicator
  • Able to occasionally travel to international construction sites
  • Dutch – Fluent (Required)
  • French – Good knowledge
  • English – Good knowledge
