Our client is seeking a dynamic HSE Advisor to lead their efforts in ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) across their construction sites. As part of their family, you'll play a pivotal role in translating HSE policy into practical tools. Cultivate constructive relationships with the company's site teams, jointly overseeing HSE operations on assigned sites.

Translate HSE policy into practical tools for maximum safety awareness and a secure work environment.

Contribute to the development and upkeep of HSE plans, risk analyses, and emergency protocols.

Take a hands-on, coaching approach, engaging with site teams to identify and mitigate activity risks.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Manage administrative aspects of the HSE Management system for assigned sites.

Deliver HSE training based on expertise.

Conduct incident investigations and propose corrective actions.

Support implementation of BESIX Corporate HSE programs.

Report to regional HSE Manager and assigned Project Manager.

Must be a Prevention Advisor Level 2 or 1.

With at least 5 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Must be flexible and willing to work on various projects in Flanders.

Possess proactive mindset, innovative, results-oriented, and promote teamwork.

With excellent communication skills, an analytical mind, and a customer-oriented approach.

Must be fluent in Dutch and English.

Good knowledge of French is an advantage.
