Junior IT

We are hiring a Junior IT for one of our clients in Doha. Candidates who have the required qualifications and good experience may apply. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role. IT support for workstation setup, software installation, provision of network access and connectivity Configure user accounts, permissions, access rights and storage allocation Configure computers with operating system and required application software Technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems related to server and storage devices Troubleshoot network, desktops, laptops and server problems Provide Help Desk assistance to end users Monitor software, hardware, security and connectivity issues of the team Should have knowledge of Windows servers, computer systems, printer and server based systems Able to operate and provide end user support for Microsoft Outlook, Excel etc. Residing in Qatar with valid QID.
