University graduate with strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, able to structure complex information clearly
Interest in Consulting and Financial Services, with curiosity & knowledge of trends across one or more or our domains
Experience using AI tools and a strong interest in how AI is shaping the future of work
Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

6 months’ experience in consulting, financial services, fintech, or technology, with exposure to transformation, operations, or regulatory concepts
Familiarity with data analysis tools, AI, or emerging technologies, and experience working in team-based or project environments
Demonstrated interest in innovation, Financial Services trends, or technology accelerators such as AI-enabled tooling
