Responsibilities

→Act as the senior locally accountable executive vis-à-vis the German regulator and other authorities.

→Ensure full compliance with local laws, MiFID II, AML/CTF, conduct, and consumer protection rules.

→Oversee local compliance, reporting, audits, and regulatory inspections.

→Implement group policies and controls; escalate regulatory or risk issues promptly.

Oversee day-to-day branch operations and third-party relationships.

Coordinate with group functions (Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Product).

Ensure robust governance, controls, and documentation.

Senior leadership experience in a regulated financial services firm (brokerage, trading, banking, fintech).

Strong knowledge of German financial regulation and EU regulatory frameworks.

Proven commercial leadership with P&L ownership.

Credible senior counterpart for regulators.

Fluency in German and English.
