Write and edit various types of content, including articles, blog posts, press releases, social media posts, and marketing materials. Research and gather information to support content development. Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the organization's messaging and branding. Assist in building and maintaining media lists. Monitor news coverage and compile media reports. Draft media pitches, press releases, and media advisories. Coordinate media interviews and press events. Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters. Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling. Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotions. Support public relations initiatives, including PR campaigns and crisis communications. Help maintain media databases and contact information. Assist in planning and promoting events, conferences, webinars, or workshops. Create event promotional materials and content. Aid in the development of internal communication materials, such as newsletters, memos, and announcements. Help maintain and update internal communication platforms (e.g., Intranet, Slack). Collaborate with web developers to implement changes and improvements. Continuously learn and develop communication skills through mentorship and training opportunities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent grasp of grammar and style. Basic understanding of PR and media relations concepts. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when developing content and communication strategies. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and content creation tools. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
