Here are some key benefits of being in a talent pool: Linkage to employers Access to Opportunities and skill matching Networking Career Development Position: Coordination and Partnership Internship (Global Talent Pool) Experience: 0-1 year Location: Global Industries: Humanitarian, NGO, INGO Responsibilities Undertake background research on NGOs and key developments in NGO policies; Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and coordination forums with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, UN agencies, and donors. Help maintain databases of contact information for key partners and stakeholders. Support the development and dissemination of coordination materials, such as meeting agendas, minutes, and action points. Assist in drafting correspondence and communications to partners and stakeholders. Collect and compile relevant information, data, and reports from partner organizations and stakeholders. Help disseminate information and updates to relevant parties, ensuring timely communication and coordination. Assist in identifying potential partners and stakeholders for collaboration on specific projects or initiatives. Help conduct research and analysis to assess the capacity and capabilities of potential partners. Assist in monitoring and tracking partnership activities, including project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes. Help prepare progress reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Support the evaluation of partnership effectiveness and contribute to lessons learned and best practices documentation. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building activities related to coordination, partnership development, and humanitarian principles. Provide administrative support to the coordination and partnership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and managing correspondence. Help maintain filing systems, databases, and other organizational tools to ensure efficient information management. Technical Competencies: Data Analysis Project Management Research Skills Digital Literacy Language Skills Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, International Affairs, International Development, Communications or any other relevant field Interest in forcible displacement and statelessness issues Ability to work in English; Excellent written and oral communication skills.
