Here are some key benefits of being in a talent pool: Linkage to employers Access to Opportunities and skill matching Networking Career Development Position: Coordination and Partnerships – Mid-Level (Global Talent Pool) Experience: 3-7 years Location: Global Industries: Humanitarian, NGO, INGO Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of meetings, workshops, and events related to humanitarian coordination activities. Develop agendas and prepare materials for coordination meetings, ensuring effective documentation and follow-up on action items. Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners to promote effective collaboration. Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders. Develop and manage partnership agreements, proposals, and memoranda of understanding (MoUs). Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Oversee data collection, organization, and analysis related to humanitarian needs, response activities, and stakeholder engagement. Prepare and present reports on partnership and coordination activities to inform decision-making and program planning. Collaborate with other teams to implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for partnership initiatives. Design and deliver training sessions or workshops for staff and partners on coordination and partnership best practices. Develop training materials and resources to support organization and partner capacity-building initiatives. Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts and the development of learning resources to enhance team and partner capabilities. Requirements Core Competencies Communication Collaboration Strategic Thinking Problem-Solving Adaptability Technical Competencies: Project Management Data Analysis Partnership Development Digital Literacy Language Skills Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in international relations, humanitarian studies, development, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). 3-7 years of experience in humanitarian coordination, partnership development, or related roles. Demonstrated experience working in humanitarian organizations or similar environments. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in humanitarian coordination and partnership. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Commitment to the organization's values and mission, with a passion for social impact and humanitarian work.
