Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors, including financial and narrative reports, in compliance with donor guidelines. Oversee sub grant management processes, including due diligence, contract negotiations, and monitoring of activities. Manage the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Develop and monitor organizational budgets, ensuring alignment with programmatic objectives and strategic priorities. Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard organizational assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. Coordinate the annual budgeting process, working closely with program managers and senior leadership to develop realistic and strategic budgets. Monitor budget performance throughout the fiscal year, identifying variances and recommending necessary adjustments. Ensure compliance with donor regulations, legal requirements, and organizational policies related to grants management, finance, and operations. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, implementing controls and procedures to minimize exposure to risks and liabilities. Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software. Proven experience in program design, implementation, and management, with a track record of achieving measurable results. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English (additional languages, particularly those spoken in target regions, is an advantage).
