Assist in building and maintaining a lead database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or social media to introduce the company's products or services. Collaborate with the sales team to support sales activities, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes. Use CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Participate in sales training programs and workshops to improve sales skills. Continuously learn about the company's products or services to better communicate their value to customers. Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the sales team and management. Communicate with existing customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and nurture relationships. Conduct outbound calls or send follow-up emails to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel. Assist in delivering product or service demonstrations to potential customers during sales meetings. Utilize sales support tools, such as sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and sales collateral, to aid in sales conversations. Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining sales documentation. Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to align efforts and achieve common goals. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and objectives.
