Coordinate logistics and supply chain management activities, including procurement, transportation, and distribution of humanitarian aid supplies. Provide technical guidance and support to field teams and partners on shelter and NFI assistance interventions, ensuring adherence to humanitarian standards and best practices. Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify the most pressing needs of affected populations and inform response efforts. Collaborate with government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated and effective response efforts. Monitor program performance and outcomes, collecting and analyzing data to measure impact and inform decision-making. Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of humanitarian programs. Proven track record of leadership and team management in humanitarian settings, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams. Strong technical skills in logistics and supply chain management, including procurement, transportation, and distribution of humanitarian aid supplies. Experience in conducting needs assessments, surveys, and data analysis to inform program design and implementation.
