Mobile Transport Refrigeration or Trailer Technician

• →Travel to customer sites, yards, and field locations to inspect, diagnose, and repair transport equipment
• →Inspect equipment for safety, mechanical condition, and required repairs, and communicate findings clearly to dispatch, service advisors, or customers.
• →Use diagnostic tools, scan tools, and service manuals to troubleshoot faults and determine proper repair procedures.
• →Complete service calls efficiently and maintain accurate records of labour, parts used, diagnostics, and repair details in work orders or mobile systems.
• →Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with dispatch and supervisors regarding job status, parts needs, and estimated completion times.
• →Accurately entering and updating information in the maintenance software through the use of state-of-the-art web-based tablet system
• →Communicating effectively with co-workers, customers and service managers
• →Other duties as required

• 3-5 years’ experience in transport truck and trailer repairs
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing
• Own tools and storage device
• Good written and communication skills
