• →Review tenant statements and identify errors or missing adjustments.
• →Make account adjustments such as rent entries, fees, credits, and write‑offs.
• →Complete accurate data entry in SAP.
• →Prepare all documents needed for collection packages (statement, history, notes, supporting documents).
• →Prepare and send the prior tenant files to collections
• →Help clear the backlog of priority accounts.
• →Work with the Revenue team to resolve questions or unclear items.

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Basic understanding of tenant accounts and how rent, fees, and adjustments work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with data entry and working in systems like SAP.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Studying in accounting, finance, or business administration is an asset.
