We're looking for a passionate and motivated High Risk Reintegration Recovery Coordinator to join our Criminal Justice Team in Hull. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals who are leaving custody, involved in the criminal justice system, or presenting with complex needs and significant risks, helping them access support, reduce harm and successfully reintegrate into their communities.
About the Role
~1 min readAs a High Risk Reintegration Recovery Coordinator, you'll manage a specialist caseload of individuals with complex needs, including those subject to MAPPA arrangements, licence conditions, community orders and post-custodial supervision.
Working closely with colleagues, prisons, probation services and partner agencies, you'll deliver recovery-focused interventions that address substance misuse, offending behaviour, safeguarding concerns and wider social issues.
Your role will focus on supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey, helping them reduce risk, improve wellbeing and develop the skills and resilience needed to sustain positive change.
You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering comprehensive recovery-focused support that addresses substance misuse, offending behaviour, safeguarding concerns, and wider social needs, with the aim of reducing reoffending, improving wellbeing, and supporting sustainable community reintegration.

You'll bring:
- Experience working within substance misuse, criminal justice, mental health or a related field.
- A good understanding of drug and alcohol issues and effective recovery interventions.
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and multiple barriers.
- Knowledge of the criminal justice system and risk management principles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work effectively with a range of partner agencies and professionals.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- A commitment to person-centred and recovery-focused practice.
Experience working within prisons, probation services or criminal justice partnerships would be advantageous.
