Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services is looking for a full-time Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to clinically supervise clinicians and students as well as complete direct outpatient therapy to community individuals.
Other responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to outpatient clinicians to assure clinicians are following state/county guidelines as well as maintaining administrative oversight of services delivered.
- Ensure that clinicians comply with all regulatory, organizational and center standards of care. Ensures that safe and effective delivery and documentation of resiliency services for all individuals in outpatient program.
- Provide direct clinical services utilizing evidence-based models.
- Ensure proper documentation of program participation, record keeping for charts and/or referrals including medication, case management, treatment plans and progress notes.
- Interview, select, orient and supervise employee or consults and recommends termination in conjunction with Supervisors, Administrators, and People Operations.
- Serves in a liaison capacity communicating with staff, individuals, inter-agency team, school representatives, guardians/family and other members of the treatment team as indicated. Attends required meetings including inter-agency meetings, consultations meeting, and county meetings.
- Oversee at least one Evidence based program and maintain the fidelity of the program.
- Oversee the evaluation process and staffing of cases.
