DMI, LLC is seeking a Data Visualization Engineer (SME) to join us. 

• →Develop and maintain the reporting and event correlation infrastructure to ensure consistent availability and accurate real-time data.
• →Design and update dynamic dashboards that visualize performance metrics, system status, and historical trends for various OCIO teams.
• →Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide actionable insights through tailored reports.
• →Integrate reporting solutions with other performance management systems, such as ServiceNow, to enhance data utility and accessibility.
• →Monitor reporting services for accuracy, scalability, and flexibility, implementing improvements as needed.
• →Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes, configurations, and deliverables to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field.
