• →Analyzes proposal and contract documents to identify risks and opportunities.  

• →Identifies and pursues risk mitigation and risk transfer opportunities in close collaboration with the operational pursuit teams, business development, legal, insurance, and procurement. 

• →Coordinates all risk review and management activities throughout the various Bid Review Committee (BRC) phases to ensure all key risks resolved by time of bid delivery.  

• →Develops risk transfer strategies for joint venture, design agreements and main subcontracts.  

• →Prepares opinions and facilitates executive decision making with respect to key issues in project pursuits.  

• →Develops risk review and control tools, including policies, processes and systems.  

• →Forms trustful relationships key with stakeholders in estimating, business development, operations, and create alignment on the Company’s risk management philosophies.   

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field required.
• 5+ years’ experience with construction project contracts required.
• Experience with contracts, negotiations, pursuit management preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written skills required.
• Strong collaboration and team player attitude.
