• →Installs, diagnoses, repairs, maintains, troubleshoots, and upgrades all PC hardware/software and related equipment, including occasional troubleshooting of network components such as routers, firewalls, switches, servers, access control systems, wireless access points, UPSs, printers, multifunctional devices, and phone systems. 

• →Interfaces with regional IT management on projects, remote jobsite setups and teardowns, and resolves outstanding issues. 

• →Responds to ITSM-based tickets, performing on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users, and recommends and implements corrective solutions. 

• →Installs, configures, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots user workstations, mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.), and related hardware/software to meet required service levels. 

• →Collaborates with system engineers to ensure efficient operations of the company’s desktop computing environment. 

• →Maintains an inventory of technology equipment. 

• →Coordinates and liaises with LECs, ISPs, and cabling contractors. 

• →Assists in developing technical and procedural documentation as needed. 

• →Acts as a business liaison to communicate business needs to IT management. 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Related experience preferred.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), A+ Certification, Network+ Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, current technology protocols and procedures, and networking concepts/principles.
