Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Sr. Project Assistant will support managers and leaders, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. This role involves a broad range of administrative and coordination tasks to support office operations and executive functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- →Coordinate leaders’ events and calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization.
- →Manage general office activities, including supply orders, event planning, and office functions as needed
- →Financial Administration: Handle office checkbook and credit card management, including monthly statement submissions and balancing.
- →Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including document control, scheduling, and reporting.
- →Arrange travel, draft correspondence, and manage executive calendars.
- →Support project staff with time entry, expense reports, and document organization.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience
- High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
