From Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, and Information Technology to Legal and Health & Safety, our corporate employees are part of the Kleinfelder ecosystem – supporting the projects that improve the communities we work and live in.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Minimum 8+ years progressively responsible experience in HR focusing on a multi-state environment, with particular focus on a broad range of human resources, compensation and/or employee health and welfare programs/plans and training and development.
- →At least three years of experience with employee relations, responding to EEOC complaints, implementing policies and providing guidance to managers and employees on workplace issues. Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive situations with professionalism. Must have excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations for designated area(s) i.e.: human resources, compensation, COBRA, Section 125, ERISA, FMLA, Disability and/or Workers Compensation required.
