Versiti is seeking a collaborative, analytical, and systems‑savvy Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will serve as a functional subject matter expert for Oracle ERP and Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Information Systems to ensure our financial systems are accurate, reliable, and optimized for decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Support Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Supply Chain modules (GL, AP, AR, Order Management, Fixed Assets, Costing, Inventory, Procurement, Projects, and related areas).
  • Support Oracle PBCS planning models, metadata, business rules, integrations, and reporting cubes.
  • Assist with integrations, reconciliations, data corrections, and period‑end system activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle and PBCS reports and queries to support financial reporting, transaction analysis, reconciliations, and operational decision‑making.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and serve as a functional SME for finance and supply chain users.
  • Analyze accounting transactions and subledger‑to‑ledger flows to support accurate configuration and process optimization.
  • Lead requirements gathering, configuration, and functional testing for enhancements and quarterly Oracle updates.
  • Coordinate and execute unit testing; support UAT and validation documentation.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare status updates and recommendations.
  • Develop user documentation and provide training to finance, supply chain, and operational teams.
  • Lead or co‑lead finance systems projects, enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Provide functional guidance on system configuration, business processes, and best practices.
  • Perform financial analysis and create business cases for Versiti service lines and functional groups.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • 1+ years of systems support, configuration, or validation experience required.
  • 1+years of experience with report writing, queries, or development tools required.
  • 1+ years supporting financial systems (accounting, finance, or supply chain) required.
  • Oracle ERP & PBCS experience strongly preferred.
  • Process mapping, Lean, or Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to interpret business data, system procedures, and regulatory information to draw valid conclusions.

  • 1-3 years experience working with or providing technical support for a financial system focused on accounting, finance and supply chain activities. required
  • 1-3 years Oracle Fusion ERP & PBCS configuration / system support preferred
  • 1-3 years Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables in a fast‑paced finance systems environment. required
  • Excellent analytical skills and basic understanding of relational databases and systems lifecycle. required
  • Demonstrated facilitation and planning skills. required
  • Must be able to facilitate and communicate clearly with multiple levels in the organization. required
  • Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of staff. required
  • Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business data, computer procedures, and regulatory information in order to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. required
