AP Specialist

• →Review vendor invoices for accuracy and process payments promptly
• →Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers, ensuring all entries are correct
• →Follow up on missing invoices and ensure timely payment processing
• →Provide key financial data for monthly P&L and accounts payable reports
• →Manage petty cash transactions and verify vendor documentation
• →Maintain and update vendor information in our accounting database

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong understanding of AP procedures and accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of accounting software and other tech tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team
• Great English verbal and written communication
• Critical thinking and customer service skills

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9am to 6pm
