Subrogation Consultant

We are seeking a consultant with deep expertise in U.S. Subrogation to support client acquisition and strategic growth initiatives on a per diem basis. This role focuses on leveraging industry knowledge, relationships, and market insights to identify and secure new business opportunities while advising on subrogation processes and best practices.

• →Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients in the U.S. subrogation market
• →Drive business development efforts, including lead generation, outreach, and conversion
• →Leverage existing industry network to create new client opportunities
• →Advise on subrogation workflows, compliance, and operational best practices
• →Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings
• →Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• →Provide market intelligence and insights to support growth strategy

• Extensive experience in U.S. subrogation (insurance, healthcare, or related sectors) is Mandatory
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, or sales
• Strong network within the U.S. subrogation or insurance ecosystem
• Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a consulting / per diem capacity
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
