Quick Summary
Our mission is to turn beautiful moments into lasting memories.
celebrate is a brand group with the mission to turn beautiful moments into lasting memories throughout Europe: with high quality stationery, photo products and special gift items.

The role is remote-first within Germany and reports to our Head of Data.
The yearly salary range for this position is 69.800€ - 94.400€ (Senior).
End-to-end ownership of our tracking stack across GA4, server-side GTM, Amplitude, and marketing tools, including audit, stabilization, and consent gating

Rollout and enablement of Amplitude as our product analytics platform, ensuring teams can define reliable OKR metrics and ship new features with proper measurement in place
Development of automated tracking monitoring to detect data quality issues and outages early, translating technical findings into clear business impact for stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Engineering

What We Offer
~1 min readSeveral years of hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM (client-side and server-side), ideally in a high-growth e-commerce environment with complex purchase funnels
Deep expertise in tracking plan development, GDPR/consent management, and debugging of attribution and conversion setups across multiple marketing channels
Professional-level English; experience managing external agency relationships and tracking SLAs is a strong plus
Ownership-driven – You document what you find, follow up until it's resolved, and close loops — because in a messy data landscape, nobody else will unless you do.
Clarity-first communicator – You explain tracking incidents and data quality issues in terms stakeholders actually understand, turning technical complexity into actionable business insight.
Structured builder – You enjoy turning ambiguity into governance — creating the naming conventions, change logs, and monitoring systems that make firefighting the exception, not the norm.
