Head of Corporate Communications

As CFC continues to scale, we have a new opportunity for a Head of Corporate Communications to lead and shape a high-impact communications strategy. This role calls for deep subject-matter expertise, alongside the ability to set clear direction while staying close to execution, ensuring our messaging lands with clarity and intent.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening CFC’s reputation across our markets through proactive media engagement, effective issues management, and content that reflects our expertise. Strong domain knowledge and established industry relationships will be key to building trust with journalists and sector leaders, keeping CFC part of the conversations that matter.

A strong awareness of the wider industry landscape will also be important in identifying emerging trends and using these insights to guide forward-looking communications that support our position as a market leader.

Working closely with senior leaders and the wider marketing team, you will ensure our messaging is aligned and supports our growth ambitions. Alongside the strategic remit, the role will involve delivering high-quality materials, managing PR partners and budgets, and tracking effectiveness to support continuous improvement.
