Rate of Pay:

Volleyball Scorekeepers - $15.78 per hour

Sports Site Supervisors - $15.78 per hour

Position Summary:

The City of Prescott Recreation Services Department is taking applications for temporary Volleyball Scorekeepers and Sports Site Supervisors. Games are scheduled Monday through Thursday. Game times vary but could begin as early as 6:00 p.m. with the last game ending as late as 10:00 p.m. Sports Site Supervisors will supervise the City's sports leagues on site or events and/or rentals at the Grace Sparkes Activity Center. The Adult Volleyball league starts in September and runs until late November.

Volleyball Scorekeepers:

Must attend mandatory training sessions. Minimum age is 16 years old. Scorekeepers are required to keep the score book and operate the scoreboard. Starting pay for Scorekeepers is $15.78 per game for Volleyball.

Supervisors:

Must have good customer service skills and be familiar with sports rules or demonstrate ability and desire to learn. Must attend mandatory training sessions. Supervisors starting pay is $15.78 per hour.

Physical and Visual Ability: Sufficient to effectively and safely perform required duties and to safely
operate required equipment.

Hearing and Speaking Ability: Clearly, concisely, and effectively communicate in person and over
the telephone.
