Requirements

- Associate Degree is preferred
- Experience working in related fields is preferred.
- Light Work: may require occasional light lifting.
- Nights and weekend activities will be occasionally required.
- Position is in an office setting and may involve prolonged work at a desk in one location.
- Moderate travel is required.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the district.
- Ability to use computers including software, database used by the district, spreadsheet and word processing software, calculator, copy machine, and telephone.
Responsibilities

- →Maintain and update departmental files, records, documentation, and databases.
- →Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- →Assist in preparing reports for compliance audits and departmental reviews.
- →Ensure that all documentation complies with company policies and compliance with relevant regulations in all administrative and operational activities.
- →Coordinate with the Operations Coordinator to implement and maintain operational procedures and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- →Provide administrative support to the other Operations staff, as needed.
- →Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- →Assist in disseminating important information to campus staff
