Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate Degree is preferred
  • Experience working in related fields is preferred.
  • Light Work: may require occasional light lifting.
  • Nights and weekend activities will be occasionally required.
  • Position is in an office setting and may involve prolonged work at a desk in one location.
  • Moderate travel is required.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the district. 
  • Ability to use computers including software, database used by the district, spreadsheet and word processing software, calculator, copy machine, and telephone.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
  • Maintain and update departmental files, records, documentation, and databases.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports for compliance audits and departmental reviews. 
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with company policies and compliance with relevant regulations in all administrative and operational activities.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Coordinator to implement and maintain operational procedures and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the other Operations staff, as needed.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Assist in disseminating important information to campus staff
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
