Responsibilities
~1 min readWe're looking for a Sales Associate, Massive Acquisition to accelerate our customer acquisition engine. In this role, you will bring rigorous pipeline management, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset to our growth strategy for SMB and Mid-Market segments. By bridging inbound qualification and outbound prospecting, you will directly impact Clara’s revenue trajectory and market footprint in Mexico.

Qualify, negotiate, and close inbound opportunities originating from digital marketing campaigns and direct inquiries.

Prioritize and manage a massive portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, focusing relentlessly on the highest-value opportunities.

Execute high-volume outbound sequences utilizing Hubspot, Amplemarket, WhatsApp, and cold calling to activate new prospects and re-engage dormant leads.

Articulate Clara’s value proposition with clarity and empathy, guiding prospects seamlessly from initial interest to deal closure.

Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene for effective lead management, utilizing reports, sequences, and templates to optimize outreach.

Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine targeting and ensure a frictionless customer journey.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Requirements

2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Sales Associate handling high-volume pipelines, ideally within the fintech industry.

Hands-on experience using CRM platforms, specifically Hubspot, for lead management, sequencing, and campaign automation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with absolute confidence in multi-channel prospecting (cold calling, email, WhatsApp).

Proven role-specific execution in structuring, managing, and prioritizing a large pipeline of accounts.

Adaptability to fast-changing environments and comfort navigating ambiguity.

Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and enhance productivity.

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
