Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for affiliates regarding ecommerce and company store solutions. This role is responsible for coordinating ecommerce projects from intake through implementation, managing project communications and timelines, supporting store administration activities, and delivering presentations and demonstrations of ecommerce solutions.

  At least 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce, customer service, project coordination, or a related role.

  Experience managing online stores, website updates, or ecommerce projects is preferred.

  Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, online stores, and website administration.

• →

  Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• →

  Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively.

  Experience working with customers, clients, and cross-functional teams.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  Familiarity with CRM systems, content management systems (CMS), or ecommerce platforms is an advantage.

  Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  Experience with data entry, reporting, documentation, and quality checks.

  Ability to provide customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

  Comfortable conducting training sessions, product demonstrations, and user support.
