Order Quality Assurance (Clothing Design)

 We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, and detail-oriented Order Quality Assurance (Clothing Design) to support our order processing team. This role is critical in ensuring all customer orders are complete, accurate, and fully prepared before submission to production—helping eliminate delays and maintain a high standard of service. This position requires a tenacious individual who thrives on precision, efficiency, and accountability, and who can confidently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote team environment.

  Review and verify customer orders for completeness and accuracy prior to production submission

  Ensure all required details, specifications, and documentation are properly entered

• →

  Identify and correct errors or missing information to prevent production delays

• →

  Collaborate closely with Customer Service Representatives, Customer Operations Manager and internal teams to resolve discrepancies

  Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality control across all orders

• →

  Communicate clearly and professionally with team members regarding order issues or updates

• →

  Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors

  You'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction by helping deliver error-free orders to production. Your work will directly impact efficiency, turnaround times, and overall customer experience.
