Human Resources Generalist

• →Assist with policy interpretation, offer guidance to leaders and team members, and support ongoing compliance tracking
• →Support employee relations investigations and documentation
• →Deliver training and coach supervisors on performance management and corrective actions
• →Interview, select and lead onboarding & orientation activities and processes
• →Participate in the planning and execution of morale-building activities and recognition programs
• →Support the coordination and facilitation of all facility engagement activities (workshops, surveys, etc)
• →Ensure HRIS data integrity, assist with conducting transactions in Workday and complete compliance related forms and documents
• →Support change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years of HR experience
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Experience with HR Payroll/ Timekeeping systems
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Trustworthy – capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information
• Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels in the organization
