We’re looking for a driven Business Recruiter to support CLEAR’s continued growth. This role will partner with a range of functions across the business to deliver a best in class candidate experience alongside organizational results.
What you'll do:
- Work directly with recruiting and business leaders to deeply understand the requirements for all hires and their holistic impact on the company and product
- Outline and execute on a creative approach to full lifecycle candidate engagement
- Utilize talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify their top talent.
- Embed in business teams, building meaningful and trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Share best practices to continually iterate and raise the bar on candidate experience
How you'll measure success:
- Quality of hire and candidate experience
- Time to fill and offer acceptance rate
- Strong partnerships across the business
What you're great at:
- You have 5+ years of successful recruiting experience in a high-volume, rapidly scaling environment, preferably with experience hiring for G+A functions, and Product and Security teams
- You are metrics-minded and live in recruiting data
- You're a relationship builder and look to engage with hiring managers and candidates proactively
- Combined agency and in-house recruiting experience a plus
- You're familiar with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and digging in to be an expert in the roles you are hiring for
- You are obsessed with candidate experience and understand the value of strong candidate relationships

The total compensation range for this role is $140,000.00 - $170,000.00, depending on levels of skills and experience.
This range represents the combined base salary, annual bonus incentive, and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR. Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. All stock based compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of applicable agreements.
