The Director, Experiential Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of immersive brand experiences that bring CLEAR’s story to life across physical and digital environments. This role will translate creative vision into high-impact activations that drive cultural relevance, brand affinity, and member connection.


 

What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with the VP, Content & Creative to translate brand and campaign narratives into breakthrough experiential concepts and activations
  • Lead end-to-end development of experiential programs, from ideation through execution, ensuring every touchpoint reflects CLEAR’s brand, voice, and creative standard
  • Lead our relationships with key venues, sports teams, and event producers 
  • Concept and execute culturally relevant, insight-driven experiences across events, partnerships and owned environments that elevate CLEAR’s brand presence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Partnerships, and Operations to deliver cohesive, storytelling-led member experiences
  • Manage and inspire external agencies, production partners, and vendors to deliver innovative, high-quality experiences at scale

 

How you'll measure success:

  • Brand engagement and affinity metrics tied to experiential campaigns (e.g., brand lift, sentiment, engagement)
  • Cultural impact and reach of experiential activations (e.g., earned media, social amplification)
  • Quality, consistency, and creative excellence of experiences across channels
  • Effectiveness of experiential programs in supporting broader brand and campaign objectives
  • Increase in number of sports/venue partnerships
  • Maximizing our current partnerships with sports/venues through deeper activations across in-person events and on social

 

What you're great at:

  • 8+ years of experience in experiential, brand, or creative marketing, with a strong portfolio of culturally impactful activations
  • Deep understanding of how to translate brand storytelling into physical and digital experiences
  • Strong creative instincts paired with operational rigor to bring ideas to life at a high level of execution
  • Proven ability to collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to deliver cohesive brand narratives
  • Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with partners in the experiential space
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, think big, and execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

The total compensation range for this role is $225,000.00 - $275,000.00, depending on levels of skills and experience.

This range represents the combined base salary, annual bonus incentive, and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR. Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. All stock based compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of applicable agreements.
