Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Study supply planning support: demand/supply planning, forecasting support, resupply parameters, scenario planning, and risk mitigation.
  • IRT/RTSM operational support: requirements gathering, set-up support with vendor, UAT coordination, change management, and ongoing maintenance support.
  • Shipment execution and oversight (EU and US): depot-to-site and site-to-site shipments, temperature-controlled logistics as needed, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and documentation.
  • Supply tracking and reporting: inventory monitoring, expiry/lot management, reconciliation support, and regular KPIs/status reporting.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • A university/bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Experience with supply chain related functions.
  • Proven experience in clinical trial supply operations (phases [I/II/III], multi-country).
  • Strong familiarity with GMP and IRT/RTSM workflows (set-up support, UAT, change controls, releases, and ongoing operations).
  • Extensive experience with shipment oversight.
  • Solid understanding of global distribution and logistics (incl. EU/US), import/export basics, temperature excursions management and deviation handling.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines, and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

If you have the requirements we need, you will be invited for phone interview as the first step.  Unfortunately, due to the number of applications we receive, we cannot reply to everyone individually if you are not successful.
