About the Role

$170,000.00 to $200,000.00 depending on experience. *Annual salary is a combination of base pay and supplemental wages.

Responsibilities

Drive regional portfolio growth in partnership with the Business Development team by proactively identifying new management candidates, building relationships with prospective clients, and collaborating on property analyses, proposals, budgets, inspections and due diligence. Set and work toward annual growth targets for the region.
Lead, mentor and take managerial responsibility for one or more Regional Real Estate Managers, Assistant Regional Real Estate Managers and Property Administrators.
Build high-performing, dynamic teams by fostering an environment in which team members are motivated to excel.
