đ§âđ¨ What Youâll Do as a Creative Designer:
- Own end-to-end creation of high-performing social media creatives, primarily video (â70%) with supporting static assets
- Produce scroll-stopping short-form videos and ad creatives optimized for Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms
- Use AI tools (TextAI (ChatGPT/Gemini/Manus) & GenAI (Higgsfield/Kling)) to accelerate ideation, scripting, and production
- Design and deliver assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with CapCut/Canva for rapid execution
- Execute hands-on production, including shooting and directing talent to bring concepts to life
- â Continuously iterate creatives based on performance data (CTR, CVR, CPR, 3-sec views) to improve results
- Success in this role is defined by the ability to consistently produce high-quality creatives at speed and improve campaign performance through continuous iteration.
Weâd Love to Hear from You if You Have:
â Must-Have
- Bachelorâs Degree in Arts, Visual Communication Design, Creative Multimedia, or a relevant major
- 2+ years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing video-first and social media content (ads, reels, short-form)
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy) applied in digital environments
- Proven ability to produce content at speed and manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with clear communication
â Nice-to-Have
- Experience creating creatives for performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Meta/TikTok ads)
- Familiarity with rapid production tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GenAI) for ideation and workflow efficiency
- Background in content-heavy environments (e.g., agencies, startups, or high-output teams)
