Their specialist focus is international investment income withholding tax recovery for institutional clients across North America and beyond. Full training provided. No prior withholding tax experience required. The Role You'll be the operational point of contact for a portfolio of US and Canadian institutional clients — managing their withholding tax recovery claims from documentation collection through to final resolution. This is a detail-driven, process-oriented role that sits at the intersection of client service, compliance, and international tax. You'll liaise with clients, banks, tax authorities, and processing agents worldwide — keeping claims moving and clients informed every step of the way. What You'll Be Doing Manage and track all active claims for your North American client portfolio Request, collect, and reconcile documentation from clients, banks, tax authorities, and processing agents globally Review all received documents to ensure they meet required specifications Complete document requests across a variety of formats Follow up with intermediaries to drive efficiency and keep claims progressing Prepare client reports and maintain clear, accurate records Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the process Requirements Post-secondary qualification (degree preferred) 3+ years' work experience (advantageous) Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is everything in this role Strong organisational skills with solid time management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn Benefits Why This Role? ✔ Comprehensive training provided — full product knowledge built from the ground up ✔ Casual working environment with a shorter Friday ✔ Dynamic, fast-paced company with genuine international exposure
