Our client is a leading global VAT reclaims and tax compliance specialist — trusted by businesses worldwide to recover what's rightfully theirs across international markets. They're building their German-speaking sales capability — and they need someone who can open doors, build relationships, and close deals in that market. The Role You'll be the commercial bridge between our client's VAT reclaims solutions and a German-speaking client base — identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and positioning the business as a trusted partner for tax compliance challenges. You'll work closely with the Head of Sales and collaborate across Product, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions that actually stick. This is a relationship-driven, solution-selling role for someone with a sharp commercial mind and a genuine understanding of tax or fintech environments. Big Four background? Even better. What You'll Be Doing Identify and pursue new business opportunities using your network, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and market research Build strong, lasting client relationships by delivering tailored VAT reclaims solutions Lead solution-selling conversations that address real tax compliance challenges Manage the full sales cycle — from first conversation through to negotiation and close Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Customer Success for seamless client onboarding Stay across industry trends and regulatory changes to sharpen your market positioning Maintain accurate pipeline reporting via Salesforce Requirements Fluent in German (essential) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (postgraduate preferred) 3+ years of sales experience in tax, fintech, SaaS, or professional services (Big Four experience highly regarded) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Comfortable navigating complex client environments with multiple stakeholders Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo Highly organised, self-motivated, and goal-driven
