This role blends data processing with customer support. You will gather and manage utility meter read
data, and you will support our Resident Tools Payment Portal and Check Scanning services. We

Key Responsibilities
As an EDE Reads Specialist, you will:
Set up and maintain properties and meters in the utility meter reading software integration.
- Collect, QC, and process daily, weekly, and monthly meter read data files accurately and on
time. - Identify and resolve errors in meter read data before it is sent to billing.
- Provide customer support and management for the Resident Tools Payment Portal and Check
Scanning services, primarily through email and some client phone calls. - Communicate directly with Conservice team members in multiple departments and with meter
reading companies. - Research problems that arise with meter reads and Resident Tools, and find the best solutions
for the teams we support.

- Customer service skills; comfortable supporting clients by email and phone
- Proven time management ability; able to stick to a schedule and meet deadlines

- Able to effectively navigate systems to ensure processes are followed
- Able to be flexible and adapt to different processes and projects
- Preferred but not required (we are willing to train): a basic understanding of the flow of data, and experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, MRI, ResMan, Rent Manager, AppFolio, or XML/XSLT
