• →Support users in utilizing business intelligence tools for database queries and report generation.
• →Assist customers in using OLAP tools to extract and compile data for queries and reports.
• →Review and optimize queries to address performance issues.
• →Participate in the design, development, and documentation of systems.
• →Monitor and upgrade enterprise-wide OLAP query and reporting tools.
• →Ensure interoperability and security of front-end components.
• →Maintain metadata coordination and support production systems.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 0 to 1 year of IT work experience in business intelligence tools and systems.
• Familiarity with process and data modeling and data architectural development methodologies.
• Ability to function independently under the guidance of senior professionals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
