Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and implement infrastructure and processes to capture and share organizational knowledge.
- →Oversee the identification and utilization of critical knowledge across business groups.
- →Model information sources, flows, and critical paths to understand how information is transformed into knowledge.
- →Facilitate the development of supporting knowledge architecture and standards.
- →Define an operational framework to implement delivery systems, systems management, and security frameworks.
- →Collaborate with IT groups to ensure cohesive cross-functional decision-making.
- →Provide leadership in making complex IT and business decisions.
- →Coach and mentor junior technical staff, acting as a subject matter expert on high-complexity projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
- Expertise in process and data modeling, architectural development methodologies, and IT planning methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of document management, groupware, relational database systems, data warehouse, and data mining.
- Experience in web and systems analysis/development.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to gain credibility with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on high-complexity projects and make informed decisions across multiple technical areas and business segments.
