Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Act as the primary contact for end-users after Power Users have assisted, ensuring seamless support transition.
- →Identify problems, provide on-the-spot training, and facilitate knowledge transfer to prevent issue recurrence.
- →Escalate Tier 2 problems to appropriate technical or process experts as necessary.
- →Maintain history reports and address re-occurring problems to improve support processes.
- →Assist in developing and executing ERP and business process best practices across the organization.
- →Perform basic fixes and data maintenance to ensure system integrity.
- →Develop online help resources and update systems support help scripts as needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business and/or ERP environments.
- Intermediate professional level role experience, capable of working on multiple projects and occasionally leading technical teams.
- Proficiency in managing small to large, complex projects within multiple technical environments and a specific business area.
- Ability to coach and mentor more junior technical staff.
