Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee the full systems development life cycle of projects/programs.
- →Provide leadership and direction for technical and business resources.
- →Participate in long-range strategic planning and policy development.
- →Serve as the primary contact for project/program inception to delivery.
- →Define and develop project management infrastructure and methodologies.
- →Monitor and control the quality of deliverables through customer acceptance.
- →Collaborate with business unit managers to form alliances on projects and operational decisions.
- →Manage scheduling requirements/conflicts and vendor contract clarification.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in managing large, cross-functional teams or projects.
- Advanced knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, and project management.
- Senior level management experience in systems analysis and applications development.
- Proven ability to influence senior level management and key stakeholders.
- Experience in providing strategic direction and mentoring junior management or senior technical staff.
- Accountable for IT functional/departmental results.
