Responsibilities

→Analyze customers’ business needs to develop technical requirements.
→Prepare technical responses to Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
→Configure integrated solutions to meet customer needs.
→Implement client solutions and ensure successful deployment.
→Act as a primary liaison between customers' technical staff and the enterprise's development/engineering organization.
→Serve as a technical consultant to the sales team.
→Work independently or as part of a project team on small to large, complex issues/projects.

→Occasionally lead projects and coach junior staff.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the high-tech industry and/or IT work, involving product engineering, development, or support functions.
Intermediate professional proficiency in managing multiple technical environments.
Strong knowledge of the enterprise's products.
Ability to work on complex issues and projects independently.
