Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Analyze customers’ business needs to develop technical requirements.
- →Prepare technical responses to Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
- →Configure integrated solutions to meet customer needs.
- →Implement client solutions and ensure successful deployment.
- →Act as a primary liaison between customers' technical staff and the enterprise's development/engineering organization.
- →Serve as a technical consultant to the sales team.
- →Work independently or as part of a project team on small to large, complex issues/projects.

- →Occasionally lead projects and coach junior staff.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the high-tech industry and/or IT work, involving product engineering, development, or support functions.
- Intermediate professional proficiency in managing multiple technical environments.
- Strong knowledge of the enterprise's products.
- Ability to work on complex issues and projects independently.
